Manage the Bank’s Small Business and Consumer Loan Center (BCLC) loan portfolio
Assist, mentor, and train other employees on appropriate servicing responsibilities
Monitor and identify credit risks and ensure loans are responsibly monitored
Assist with past dues, periodic reviews per Bank and BCLC policies and procedures, servicing actions, and communication with BCLC Credit Administration on credit
Assure compliance with all Bank policies and procedures and applicable state and federal banking regulations
Monitor and collect past dues/delinquencies, monitor matured loan report, perform servicing actions, and complete BCLC required notices
Collaborate with internal referral partners to effectively originate loans and ensure smooth transition from inquiry to funding
Collect and organize financial information from clients to advance loans to underwriting
Serve as a resource for product information and post-closing issues to customers and internal partners
Complete periodic reviews including business and personal financial analysis, credit monitoring, lien perfection, property value research, industry comparisons, identifying risks and recommending loan grading
Work with customers and third parties to obtain information for annual reviews, modifications, tickler item collection, post-close documentation exception management, and servicing actions
Handle portfolio management tasks related to new loan and renewal requests, including tickler management and financial statement collections
Reinforce superior customer service through example and appropriate follow-through
Requirements
4+ years of related experience in Portfolio Management or similar field
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Intermediate knowledge of entity documentation and various collateral requirements
Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
