About the role

  • Drive occupancy and revenue growth across a portfolio of flexible workspace locations
  • Nurture prospective customers using leads from business development, CBRE, and third-party listing brokers
  • Conduct in-person and virtual tours to showcase Industrious spaces and value proposition
  • Manage sales pipeline from initial call through touring to close; follow up and call new leads
  • Handle renewals process for existing customers to reduce churn
  • Collaborate with listing brokers, Community Managers, marketing, and Regional Sales Manager
  • Plan local events and initiatives to raise awareness and drive referrals
  • Forecast sales pipeline and report progress to Regional Sales Manager

Requirements

  • Must live within easy commuting distance of Industrious locations (in-person role)
  • Comfortable conducting high-quality in-person and virtual tours
  • Meticulous sales pipeline management and follow-up
  • Excellent communication skills in person, phone, and email
  • Proven sales and deal-closing ability
  • Creative approach to driving sales (marketing campaigns, partnerships, incentives)
  • Goal-oriented, resilient, and collaborative; work with business development, marketing, and onsite teams
  • Handle renewals and maintain low member churn
