Customer Support

• Manage the customer billing experience from invoice generation to resolving payment issues
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client billing and accounts receivable inquiries, providing clear, empathetic, and professional communication to resolve issues
• Handle sensitive and complex billing matters with discretion, prioritizing member satisfaction and adhering to internal policies
• Work within cross-functional teams to resolve payment and billing errors and support location managers with AR inquiries
• Implement quality assurance for all billing-related processes and review monthly invoices before posting
• Utilize accounting and AR platforms such as Salesforce, Stripe, or similar tools to manage customer accounts and ensure data integrity
• Compile detailed statements of accounts including invoice breakdowns, payment allocation, credit memos, and refunds for members upon request

Customer Support Associate, Billing

Manager

• Serve as the face of the building, leading onsite hospitality operations and managing tenant and guest interactions
• Lead day-to-day service delivery across common areas, amenity spaces, meeting rooms, and tenant suites
• Model and uphold Industrious and landlord service values in interactions with occupiers, guests, vendors, and building staff
• Confidently address tenant and stakeholder issues, ensuring timely resolution, documentation, and follow-up
• Lead and develop a team of on-site staff; provide direction, coaching, and accountability
• Support property management with tenant move-ins, on-site services, and facilities coordination
• Submit landlord reporting and billing in adherence with Industrious TXM standards and keep digital/physical communication channels current

Building Experience Manager

Project Manager

• Manage multiple projects at one time, across different stages of the project lifecycle, and ensure quality projects are delivered on time and on budget (+/-3%), coordinating with all internal and external resources (subcontractors, vendors and consultants)
• Support team to continually develop, review and drive department initiatives geared towards meeting company and department goals
• Evaluate internal project management processes and provide upward feedback
• Drive all phases of due diligence, coordinating architects, subcontractors, vendors, landlords and consultants

Construction Project Manager

• Turn commercial strategy into action and serve as right hand to the Chief Commercial Officer
• Consolidate and lead all revenue and operational analytics, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Build or oversee dashboards, models, and frameworks to create a single source of truth and enable predictive analytics

• In this role, you’ll be a senior leader responsible for turning commercial strategy into action. • Lead identifying, analyzing, and executing a your own pipeline of key real estate transactions including leases and management contracts across the entirety of Europe
• Advance deal flow by working with landlords, brokers, attorneys, and other stakeholders to drive the deal negotiation and decision-making process
• Drive underwriting and proposal creation for external stakeholders

Bookkeeper

• Process semi-monthly payroll for ~500+ US employees (hourly and salaried), including base pay, variable pay, deductions, benefits contributions, and taxes
• Validate hours, time-off, commissions, bonuses, and overtime for accuracy
• Review payroll reports prior to final submission
• Coordinate with Finance to reconcile payroll funding and general ledger postings
• Maintain employee payroll records for hires, terminations, promotions, and compensation changes
• Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local laws on wages, deductions, tax withholdings, and reporting
• Support annual and quarterly tax filings, audits, and compliance checks
• Assist with year-end activities including W-2 preparation and distribution
• Act as first point of contact for payroll-related questions and resolve pay issues, deductions, garnishments, and taxes
• Look for process improvements and automation opportunities
• Collaborate with Accounting on reconciliations, accruals, and payroll reporting
