Account Executive

• Strategic new-business acquisition: You identify and win enterprise clients in the retail sector — from initial outreach and persuasive concept presentations, through contract signing to the successful expansion of the account.
• Customer centricity: You understand your clients’ business goals — from Head of Expansion to C‑level — and position Wemolo as a strategic partner. With tailored solutions and a confident presence at executive level, you help them navigate complex challenges.
• Account management: You build and develop long-term partnerships with decision-makers and manage your accounts strategically. You recognize potential — and realize it.
• Goal tracking & reporting: You work with clear targets and structures, maintain full transparency of your pipeline, and translate its status into forecasts and account plans. You develop appropriate actions to achieve your annual target. Together with the team, you take our retail sales to the next level.
• Cross-functional collaboration: You work closely with your retail team and other areas such as SDRs, Marketing and Customer Success to optimize customer experiences and identify new market opportunities.

Senior Account Executive

Operations

• Fleet Observability: You monitor system health across our entire Hardware / IoT fleet. You build and maintain the scripts and data pipelines that allow us to identify anomalies and ensure revenue-critical performance at scale.
• Durable Problem Solving: You design automated processes to fix the root causes of system failures, reducing manual work and improving reliability across our global fleet.
• Observability & Tooling: You are passionate about automating manual intervention and eliminating operational toil. To do this, you build and refine observability tools and dashboards that turn raw fleet telemetry into actionable, real-time insights.
• Defining Platform Capabilities: You identify necessary platform features based on recurring operational signals. You act as the technical translator, structuring field-level pain into clear technical requirements for our engineering teams.
• Cross-Functional: You spend approximately 40% of your time on deep-dive operational triage, root cause analysis, and incident response. The remaining 60% is dedicated to coding internal tools, writing automation scripts, and driving reliability projects.

Reliability & Process Improvement Manager

Graphics Designer

• Design adjustments: You are responsible for design changes and modifications to our informational signage.
• Inventory maintenance: You save your adjustments in our online inventory and review existing designs for correctness and aesthetics.
• Project ownership: You take sole responsibility for projects throughout the entire process.
• Design development: You create new design concepts and develop them together with your team.
• Continuous improvement: You challenge the status quo and drive ongoing process optimization.

Manager

• You manage the rollout of our system end-to-end — by email, call, or live demo — and ensure smooth integration at our customers' parking sites.
• You turn customers into true product experts and show them how to unlock the full potential of our solution.
• Through proactive check-ins and genuine interest, you build long-term, trust-based partnerships.
• You work closely with Commercial, Product and Engineering teams, and bring customer feedback directly to where it will have impact.

Implementation Specialist

• Planning support: You assist with the technical planning of our parking areas and with determining hardware placements across the site.
• Task coordination: You handle incoming requests, keep priorities in view and ensure reliable processing of tasks.
• Detailed site planning: You create layouts and integrate important details such as access routes, signage and technical requirements.
• Implementation focus: You participate in various project phases and ensure plans are complete, accurate and ready for implementation.
• Teamwork: You work closely with different teams and support smooth coordination in day-to-day operations.
• Flexibility: This role is fully office-based or remote from home and does not require on-site visits to our parking facilities.

• You translate complex operational questions into analytical approaches, identify bottlenecks and patterns, and derive clear, actionable recommendations — proactively, not only on request.
• You own KPI definitions, build driver trees and detect deviations from targets early. New KPIs don’t only come from the teams — you bring your own perspectives and actively drive countermeasures.
• You work hands-on with messy data and standardize it together with the team, while maintaining a holistic view across domains.
• You bring more advanced methods into the business context, e.g. predictive models or AI-assisted analyses, to make operational decisions better informed.
• You work independently with head-level stakeholders from Operations, represent your point of view, question assumptions and make decisions even in unclear situations.
• AI is changing how we work with data and therefore the role itself. You actively shape this change and stay continuously up to date.

Senior Analytics Partner – Operations

Business Analyst

• Du arbeitest eng mit dem Head of Data, den Operations Team Leads, dem Management und dem restlichen Analytics-Team zusammen, um Daten in echten Business Value zu verwandeln.
• Dein Fokus liegt dabei auf dem Operations-Department, wobei du je nach Priorität auch andere Bereiche unterstützen kannst.
• Du definierst Metriken, baust Driver Trees, alignst die Teams auf gemeinsame Definitionen und achtest auf die Einhaltung von Standards.
• Du treibst die Integration neuer Datenquellen voran und stellst gemeinsam mit dem Foundation Team sicher, dass KPIs verlässlich messbar sind.
• Deine Arbeit endet nicht bei der Analyse. Du holst die richtigen Stakeholder ab und sorgst dafür, dass deine Findings auf Team-Lead- und Management-Ebene auch wirklich in Taten umgesetzt werden.
• Du gestaltest diesen Wandel aktiv mit und bleibst kontinuierlich auf dem neuesten Stand.
