Accountant

• Ganzheitliche Verantwortung für Debitoren und Kreditoren: Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Verbuchung sämtlicher debitorischer und kreditorischer Geschäftsvorfälle, von Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen über Umsätze bis hin zu Rückstellungen und Rechnungsabgrenzungen nach HGB.
• Effizientes Forderungs- und Zahlungsmanagement: Steuerung des Forderungsmanagements inklusive Mahnwesen sowie Überwachung von Zahlungseingängen, Banktransaktionen und der fristgerechten Abwicklung aller Zahlungen – in enger Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern.
• Kontenabstimmung und Transparenz: Eigenverantwortliche Abstimmung und Überwachung der Debitoren- und Kreditorenkonten zur Sicherstellung einer korrekten und transparenten Buchführung.
• Jahresabschluss & Prüfung: Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung der Jahresabschlüsse sowie Vorbereitung und Begleitung der Wirtschaftsprüfung für die verantworteten Accounting-Bereiche.
• Reporting & Business Insights: Erstellung aussagekräftiger betriebswirtschaftlicher Auswertungen und Reports sowie Ansprechpartner:in für Stakeholder aus anderen Fachbereichen bei accountingrelevanten Fragestellungen.

Senior Accountant

• Holistic responsibility for accounts receivable and accounts payable: Independently manage and post all receivable and payable transactions, from incoming and outgoing invoices and revenues to provisions and accruals/deferrals in accordance with HGB.
• Efficient receivables and payment management: Oversee receivables management including the dunning process, monitor incoming payments and bank transactions, and ensure timely execution of all payments — in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Account reconciliation and transparency: Take ownership of reconciling and monitoring accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure accurate and transparent bookkeeping.
• Year-end & audit: Actively contribute to the preparation of annual financial statements and support and coordinate external audits for the accounting areas under your responsibility.
• Reporting & business insights: Prepare meaningful financial analyses and reports and act as the contact person for stakeholders from other departments on accounting-related matters.
• Process optimization and automation: Identify and implement optimization opportunities in our accounting processes to sustainably increase efficiency, accuracy and automation.

Field Engineer

• 4-day installation model: You will be on assignments Monday through Thursday. Friday is reserved for administrative tasks, catch-up, or personal time.
• Installation: You install license plate scanners, signs, parking/payment machines and displays at our customers' parking facilities across Germany.
• System commissioning: You perform system start-ups and run functional tests to ensure our systems operate reliably.
• Willingness for on-site work: You are prepared to work on installations Monday through Thursday — sometimes regionally or across regions.
• Service work: You carry out on-site service, repair and maintenance tasks.
• Growth opportunity: You will have the chance to take on responsibility quickly and, prospectively, lead your own installation team.
