About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Smooth Onboarding: You support customers in implementing our system from A to Z—via email, calls, or live demos—and ensure a seamless integration on our customers' parking sites.
- Daily Point of Contact: You assist customers with questions about our product and help them use our solution confidently and efficiently.
- Build Strong Relationships: Through regular communication you develop trust-based relationships with our customers and gain a deep understanding of their needs.
- Collaborative Teamwork: You work closely with the Commercial, Product and Engineering teams and pass on customer feedback so we can continuously improve our product.
- Shape Processes: You contribute your own ideas and help evolve internal workflows and the overall customer journey.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience: You have initial practical experience in Customer Success, customer service, account management or a similar area—e.g., through internships, working-student roles or an entry-level full-time position.
- Smart & Solution-Oriented Thinking: You understand new contexts quickly, think proactively and find pragmatic solutions.
- Customer-First Mindset: You communicate clearly, persuasively and solution-oriented, and you are comfortable providing strategic advice to customers.
- Structured Working Style: You keep an overview even when handling multiple topics, work in an organized manner and tackle tasks reliably and independently.
- Technical Skills: Experience with tools such as G Suite, Airtable and CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage.
- Languages: German at C2 level; business-fluent English. Additional languages are a plus.
