About the role

  • Support India HR team with HR administration (employment contracts, IT/system requirements, onboarding, exit interviews, payroll, benefits)
  • Maintain employee data (joining forms, leaves, attendance) on HRIS (Workday)
  • Act as site and inventory coordinator for India during new employee induction and coordinate local HR/induction sessions
  • Support Health & Safety initiatives within India and global initiatives when necessary
  • Update and maintain personnel files (electronic/paper) ensuring compliance with audit and legal requirements
  • Ensure data is updated for statutory leaves (maternity, long sick leave) and produce employee correspondence
  • Organize travel/accommodation, meetings, conferences, and team/company events in India
  • Keep updated records for inventories (laptops, devices, stationery, joining kits) and manage office paperwork
  • Assist PM/operations team with client administration and undertake special HR projects as directed

Requirements

  • Experience with HR administration including contracts, onboarding, payroll, and benefits
  • Proficient in maintaining employee data on HRIS (Workday)
  • Experience coordinating new employee induction and site/inventory management
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety initiatives and compliance
  • Strong record-keeping and personnel file management skills
  • Experience organizing travel, meetings, conferences, and company events
  • Ability to manage office inventory and related paperwork
  • Experience assisting project/operations teams with client admin management
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
