Senior Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) to take ownership of end-to-end payroll processes across several countries, with a strong focus on France
In this role, you will act as a key partner for our HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and continuous improvement
You manage and oversee end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries, with full ownership of the French payroll
You ensure data accuracy and legal compliance across payroll systems, providers, and internal processes
You collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and third-party providers to resolve complex payroll issues
You prepare and validate reports, audits, and statutory declarations in alignment with local regulations
You identify and lead process improvements and automation opportunities across payroll operations
You provide guidance and support to junior team members, sharing your expertise and best practices
Requirements
3+ years of experience in international payroll, with strong expertise in French payroll processes and legislation
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field
Experience with payroll systems and HRIS tools (e.g., ADP, Workday)
Deep understanding of local labor laws, tax regulations, and social contributions in France
Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work cross-functionally in an international environment
