About the role

  • Senior Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) to take ownership of end-to-end payroll processes across several countries, with a strong focus on France
  • In this role, you will act as a key partner for our HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • You manage and oversee end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries, with full ownership of the French payroll
  • You ensure data accuracy and legal compliance across payroll systems, providers, and internal processes
  • You collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and third-party providers to resolve complex payroll issues
  • You prepare and validate reports, audits, and statutory declarations in alignment with local regulations
  • You identify and lead process improvements and automation opportunities across payroll operations
  • You provide guidance and support to junior team members, sharing your expertise and best practices

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in international payroll, with strong expertise in French payroll processes and legislation
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Experience with payroll systems and HRIS tools (e.g., ADP, Workday)
  • Deep understanding of local labor laws, tax regulations, and social contributions in France
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work cross-functionally in an international environment
