Serve as a hands-on practitioner in Motive’s primary global HRIS system, Workday, maintaining data quality and reinforcing data governance
Day-to-day management of the Workday HCM platform, including data loads, reports, Workday Security, business processes, and add/update job codes
Assist with project management initiatives, platform optimization, continuous process improvement, and improve platform adoption
Meet with internal stakeholders to detail project requirements for reports or enhancements in Workday
Document solutions and create process workflows in PowerPoint or Lucidchart and receive knowledge transfer from Workday consultant
Engage with the Workday community to learn new functionality and provide guidance to stakeholders
Develop and deliver Workday reports and training as needed
Perform Workday audits to ensure accuracy, timely Manager Self Service approvals, and that managers have supervisory orgs
Respond to Workday process questions, conduct tier 1 troubleshooting, and escalate issues to Workday or function lead
Requirements
2+ years experience in People Operations, HRIS, or a similar role
2+ years of Workday experience
Bachelor’s degree or great HR Ops experience
Exceptional commitment to confidentiality and discretion with highly sensitive information
Superior written and verbal communication and high attention to detail
“Roll up your sleeves” attitude and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while providing great customer service
Initiative and ability to identify process improvements
Authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations (authorization to access Motive products and technology)
