• Prepare, compound, dispense medications, and perform other technical duties in the pharmacy department under direct supervision of a Pharmacist.

• Transportation- bulk fill, first dose, and missing doses will be delivered securely to the appropriate units, while practicing appropriate procedure to ensure confidentiality for all patients.

• Develops and leads the strategic direction of HIM at WellStar Health System
• Networks with other top tier organizations to bring changes necessary to ensure that the WellStar integrated medical record is precise and of the utmost integrity
• Responsible for setting corporate policies and oversight of all HIM operational processes in the inpatient, hospital outpatient department, and ambulatory setting for all WellStar locations
• Manages vendor and contract relationships alongside the Regional Director, ensuring adherence and negotiation of contracts

• Monitor par levels and increase or decrease as needed
• Minor Maintenance – troubleshoot minor problems with ADC
• Aseptic technique – demonstrate knowledge of aseptic technique including; proper hand washing and proper use of IV Room attire
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals via in-person or virtual means
• Train and mentor pharmacy technicians under lead pharmacy technician

• Goal is to reduce the alarming rate of maternal mortality and morbidity
• Ensures an ecosystem of care is efficient, effective, and impactful for families in these communities
