About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assess, identify, plan, implement, coordinate, facilitate, and evaluate educational activities through a systems model
- Collaborate with staff, leadership, faculty and researchers to implement and evaluate professional development programs
- Support patient care by being a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team
- Conducts learning needs assessments and validates identified needs
- Identify practice gaps related to the educational needs of learners
- Establish a plan that prescribes strategies, alternatives, and resources to achieve expected outcomes
- Implement the educational plan
- Evaluate progress toward outcomes and revise based on evaluation data
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors Nursing or Masters Nursing-Preferred
- RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
- Minimum 3 years of nursing practice experience
- Experience with direct patient care
- Ability to read, write, and speak English language
- Advanced computer skills
- Critical thinking skills and education innovation are maturing
