About the role
- Shape and lead financial, operational, and governance programs that align with corporate objectives
- Create a regimen of continuous process improvement, and manage process curriculum
- Drive key operational programs and projects from inception through implementation
- Ensure new initiatives are fully vetted, launched, and meet business’s needs and deadlines
- Develop and refine frameworks to ensure effective execution of organizational strategies and objectives
Requirements
- At least 10-12 years related work experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 5-6 years people management work experience
- Previous Payer Experience
