About the role
- Design and execute growth experiments across customer acquisition, conversion, and expansion.
- Lead 2–3 experiments per sprint with full accountability for execution, measurement, and iteration.
- Partner with product, sales, design, and engineering to unlock growth opportunities.
- Define success metrics, build queries/dashboards, and communicate learnings in weekly/quarterly reviews.
- Distill insights from experiments into repeatable frameworks for the broader team.
- Contribute directly to revenue initiatives tied to curriculum alignment, equity, and product-led growth.
Requirements
- 1–4 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or equivalent analytical roles.
- High Aptitude and High Empathy: quick learner who cares about mission, users, and collaborators.
- Structured Thinker: strong problem-solving and hypothesis-driven approaches.
- Analytical Rigor: comfortable with data, funnel metrics, and experimentation. SQL or BI tools a plus, but not required.
- Bias to Action: thrives in ambiguity, prioritizes impact, iterates quickly.
- Hands-On Operator: build campaigns/tests, learn new tools as needed.
- Cross-Functional Agility: collaborate with product, engineering, design, and sales.
- Clear Communicator: distill insights and recommendations for stakeholders across levels.
