AvantStay delivers world class, authentic, tech-enabled short-term rental (STR) group experiences targeted at the millennial generation.
Seeking a Product Manager who thrives on full accountability and ownership of a problem space; hands-on with user interviews, SQL, prototyping, and cross-functional delivery.
Own a problem end-to-end: understand users, map pain points, and deliver solutions that improve conversion, retention, or efficiency.
Talk to users, build prototypes using AI/no-code tools (Cursor, v0, Bolt, Webflow, Figma) to validate ideas.
Get into the data: write SQL, partner with Data, track KPIs, and build dashboards.
Drive rapid experimentation (A/B, multivariate) with clear hypotheses and success metrics.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Ops, and Guest Experience.
Deliver high standards at pace; balance speed with quality and scalability.

2–4 years of product management (or equivalent) experience in a fast-paced consumer, marketplace, or SaaS environment.
Proven ability to deliver measurable impact on conversion, retention, or customer experience.
Strong technical comfort: you can write SQL, explore APIs, and understand how systems connect.
Hands-on experience prototyping with AI/no-code tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Bolt, Webflow, Figma).
Curiosity and empathy: you talk to users regularly and let their needs shape your roadmap.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; you work across functions with clarity and conviction.
Comfort with ambiguity and a resourceful, operator mindset.
