Requirements
5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, restaurant technology, or customer engagement platforms.
You're skilled at translating complex customer needs into clear product requirements and can work effectively with engineering teams using modern tech stacks.
You've successfully launched and managed software products, with experience in API integrations, platform partnerships, or mobile app development.
You excel at data-driven decision making, using analytics tools like SQL, product analytics platforms, and A/B testing to inform product strategy.
You collaborate exceptionally well across functions and can manage competing stakeholder priorities while maintaining focus on customer outcomes.
You're customer-obsessed with a proven track record of conducting user research, gathering feedback, and iterating based on real customer insights.
Experience in restaurant technology, POS systems, loyalty platforms, or CRM/marketing automation tools.
Previous experience at high-growth SaaS companies with experience scaling products from early-enterprise adoption to wide-scale enterprise adoption.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, guest experience best practices, and the unique challenges of brick-and-mortar businesses going digital.
