About the role

  • Prospect, qualify and close new opportunities with eCommerce founders to expand Wayflyer footprint in the DACH market
  • Work with growing consumer brands and act as a co-founder to customers
  • Source your own leads that fit ICP alongside a dedicated BDR
  • Conduct in-depth discovery using Solution Sales & MEDDIC methodologies
  • Collaborate closely with underwriting and multiple internal stakeholders focusing on speed and quality
  • Negotiate deals valuable for both parties
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Join a high-performing sales team with top performers achieving 200-400% of target

Requirements

  • Fluent German and English
  • Minimum of 3 years outbound Account Executive experience, ideally selling to SMBs
  • Experience working as a BDR or SDR previously
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment
  • Demonstrable history of being a team player
  • Passion for eCommerce and supporting small businesses
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC methodologies
  • Willingness/ability to work in the country where the role is located (right to work)
