About the role
- Prospect, qualify and close new opportunities with eCommerce founders to expand Wayflyer footprint in the DACH market
- Work with growing consumer brands and act as a co-founder to customers
- Source your own leads that fit ICP alongside a dedicated BDR
- Conduct in-depth discovery using Solution Sales & MEDDIC methodologies
- Collaborate closely with underwriting and multiple internal stakeholders focusing on speed and quality
- Negotiate deals valuable for both parties
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Join a high-performing sales team with top performers achieving 200-400% of target
Requirements
- Fluent German and English
- Minimum of 3 years outbound Account Executive experience, ideally selling to SMBs
- Experience working as a BDR or SDR previously
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets
- Experience in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment
- Demonstrable history of being a team player
- Passion for eCommerce and supporting small businesses
- Familiarity with MEDDICC methodologies
- Willingness/ability to work in the country where the role is located (right to work)
