About the role

  • Full accountability for delivering US revenue targets, pipeline creation, and margin growth.
  • Build and execute a vertical-focused B2B sales strategy (Logistics, Food Production, Manufacturing, Corporate).
  • Personally engage in strategic pursuits to win flagship accounts and accelerate credibility.
  • Build repeatable playbooks for prospecting, discovery, and deal execution.
  • Fully responsible for US retention and Customer Success to ensure seamless delivery, retention, and expansion.
  • Build and lead a high-performing AE team; join discovery calls, review pipeline, roleplay objections, and celebrate wins.
  • Create a performance-driven culture with recognition, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Foster cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Product, and Operations.
  • Design and run scrappy plays, develop partnerships, and influence the product roadmap with US market feedback.
  • Represent Zeelo as senior commercial leader in US; collaborate with global leadership and shape 5-year strategy.
  • Report to the global CRO.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of building and leading sales teams in early-stage, high-growth B2B environments.
  • Hands-on, high-energy leader who thrives in the field and develops people through coaching.
  • Strong enterprise sales DNA with comfort selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills; able to prioritize and drive focus across multiple initiatives.
  • Scrappy and entrepreneurial: builds creative plays that drive results in a fast-moving environment.
  • Adheres to qualification methodologies (e.g., MEDDPIC) and structured sales frameworks to drive consistent performance.
  • Data-driven leader who uses metrics, pipeline hygiene, and analytics to guide decision-making and improve outcomes.
  • Balance of coach and cheerleader: drives performance while energizing and supporting the team.
