QA Engineer

• Collaborate with Product Leads and Developers during the design phase to identify potential issues, edge cases, and user scenarios.
• Help developers identify blind spots by bringing a fresh, user-focused perspective.
• Find and articulate potential issues in product requirements and designs before any code is written.
• Thoroughly test new features across the technology platform, from rider apps to internal routing software.
• Execute the team's regression test pack to ensure product stability.
• Identify, document, and track bugs through their entire lifecycle.
• Work closely with developers to investigate issues and verify fixes.
• Communicate findings clearly, verbally and in writing, to technical and non-technical team members.

Sales

• Full accountability for delivering US revenue targets, pipeline creation, and margin growth.
• Build and execute a vertical-focused B2B sales strategy (Logistics, Food Production, Manufacturing, Corporate).
• Personally engage in strategic pursuits to win flagship accounts and accelerate credibility.
• Build repeatable playbooks for prospecting, discovery, and deal execution.
• Fully responsible for US retention and Customer Success to ensure seamless delivery, retention, and expansion.
• Build and lead a high-performing AE team; join discovery calls, review pipeline, roleplay objections, and celebrate wins.
• Create a performance-driven culture with recognition, collaboration, and accountability.
• Foster cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Product, and Operations.
• Design and run scrappy plays, develop partnerships, and influence the product roadmap with US market feedback.
• Represent Zeelo as senior commercial leader in US; collaborate with global leadership and shape 5-year strategy.
• Report to the global CRO.

• Be a key member of the go to market team, focused on growing quality pipeline that converts to revenue
• Plan and execute UK-specific integrated marketing campaigns, webinars, and events to generate MQLs and influence outbound opportunity generation
• Collaborate with Sales to align campaign messaging and ensure a smooth MQL → SQL handoff, delivering 30% of all new business pipeline
• Execute Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to build a pipeline across target customers
• Select and execute an event calendar relative to target customers to support meeting generation goals
• Manage website updates, content creation, and CRO testing with in-house team and agency partners
• Support pipeline progression campaigns to keep opportunities moving forward efficiently
• Publish and promote blog content, optimising for SEO to drive organic traffic
• Own the UK case study pipeline from identifying customers to producing final assets
• Manage the UK Marketing budget and work with agency partners on budget allocation based on performance
• Report on campaign performance, website metrics, and lead generation KPIs to the CMO
