About the role
- Own a project aimed at improving service to the customer, reducing supply chain costs, improving processes, and/or solving tough problems
- Immerse in segments of the E2E Delivery network (ocean/imports, over-the-road trucking, private intermodal, last mile)
- Participate as a full-time associate on a team: attend meetings, contribute to activities and projects
- Analyze historical data, generate tools to streamline manual processes, and develop strategies for procurement and routing
- Identify root causes for operational issues and implement countermeasures
- Benchmark service and recommend solutions to address gaps
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program currently
- Expected graduation date between December 2026-August 2027

- Desired Majors: Supply Chain Management, Transportation and Logistics, Operations, Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Data Analytics, and other relevant majors
- Experience with systems/tools such as: Excel, Power Point, and SQL
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable preparing and presenting information to stakeholders
- Communicate effectively within large teams
- Structured and organized thinker
- Humble, willing to ask lots of questions, and eager to find solutions
