About the role

  • Build, execute, and measure demand generation programs that drive pipeline, engagement, and brand awareness
  • Launch and manage multichannel marketing and ABM campaigns across email, social, web, and paid
  • Coordinate with Product Marketing, Content, and Sales to bring campaigns to life
  • Track and report on campaign performance with clear metrics and insights
  • Build, schedule, and optimize outbound email campaigns, including nurture programs, newsletters, and promotions
  • Maintain and manage the email/communications calendar, ensuring cadence and consistency
  • Design segmentation strategies and personalize messaging to maximize relevance and conversion
  • Test subject lines, templates, and CTAs to improve engagement
  • Keep campaigns compliant with email best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
  • Organize and run webinars from planning through follow-up (topics, speaker prep, scheduling, promotions, registration, and reporting)
  • Support Wallarm’s presence in third-party webinars and virtual events, coordinating logistics and follow-up
  • Promote webinars via email, social, and other channels; track attendance and engagement
  • Provide regular performance reports (email metrics, webinar results, campaign KPIs) and suggest improvements
  • Maintain documentation of campaign workflows and learnings
  • Reports to the Director of Demand Generation

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in B2B SaaS (or similar) marketing, with hands-on campaign management, especially email marketing and virtual events/webinars
  • Strong project management skills: ability to juggle multiple priorities and hit deadlines
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong writing skills for clear, concise messaging
  • Comfortable working with campaign data to measure success
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience
