About the role
- Implement and manage the integrated demand generation strategy aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with sales, recruiting, leadership, and other marketing team members to drive pipeline and revenue growth
- Lead the creation and project management of cross functional initiatives, define KPIs, set campaign goals, and establish reporting across all channels
- Website Management: oversee the strategy, content, user experience, and performance of our website as a key lead generation tool
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM): manage paid and organic search efforts to maximize visibility and engagement
- Email Marketing: design and execute lifecycle email campaigns for lead nurturing and drive conversions
- Direct Mail: create and manage targeted direct mail programs that integrate with digital campaigns for ABM or segmented outreach
- Job Boards: assist with optimization efforts to maximize the utilization of recruiting tools and platforms to efficiently identify and expand technician bench
- Database Management: continuously research industry opportunities; manage the company’s database to ensure data hygiene and support targeted communications; leverage insights to identify new growth opportunities
- Sales Support: evolve programs and tools designed to empower business development efforts with performance driven insights that maximize execution, refine campaign effectiveness with relevant content and custom programs, and support lead follow-up and conversion efforts
- Research the market and peer organizations and strategize how to introduce a product or service to new markets
- Create, monitor, and share performance metrics by channel and program with key stakeholders to continuously improve conversion rates and ROI
- Leverage tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Bullhorn, or other Martech platforms to deploy new programs and report performance
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or similar discipline
- 8+ years in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation driven through digital marketing and email marketing
- Proven ability to be hands-on AND have the capacity to educate and evolve the expertise of each team member
- Proven experience managing and optimizing a variety of marketing channels
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, Google Analytics, and lead reporting models
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, make data-driven decisions, and connect concepts to execution
- Excellent project management and leadership skills with proven experience leading change management
- Good communicator capable of developing team members and building programs from the ground up
- Experience working closely with and partnering with marketing and sales leadership to support innovation and growth development efforts
- Must be well versed working with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Ads, SEMrush, or similar
- Salesforce experience is required
- Candidate should be able to share experiences leading change management, driving GTM initiatives, and leveraging metrics to make informed decisions
