• Communicate directly with borrowers and legal counsel to gather documentation, clarify request details, and facilitate the consent review process

Financial Analyst, Transactions

• Perform, coordinate, record, and review annual property inspections, including scheduling and follow-up with property representatives/borrowers and inspectors (in-house and third-party)

• Analyze inspection findings to assess risk, identify performance concerns, and support Watch List recommendations
• Manage and oversee the quarterly financial analysis process for all portfolio loans

Frontend Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications across new and existing product lines.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle — from ideation and architecture through development, testing, deployment, and iterative enhancement.
• Architect and evolve our frontend stack using JavaScript, Vue.js (Vue 3), Vuex, and Vite, with applications deployed via AWS (S3 and CloudFront).
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security through build optimization, caching strategies, and CDN best practices.
• Translate complex business and data requirements into intuitive, data-rich user interfaces in close collaboration with Product Owners, Designers, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists.

Cloud Engineer

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure across platforms including Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, Purview, Box, and Cisco Email Security
• Manage and optimize enterprise cloud and SaaS services to ensure reliability, performance, and availability
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and management of cloud resources
• Implement monitoring and observability solutions to proactively identify and resolve performance issues and service disruptions

Insurance

• Analyze insurance coverage for commercial loans in accordance with Investor guidelines
• Assist borrowers in acquiring appropriate coverage
• Inform, and educate borrowers about coverage, exclusion, and exposure
• Provide technical support to Production/Underwriting/Closing staff specifically in analyzing borrower needs against investor guidelines and risk to the company
• Review Investor insurance guidelines and loan documents to establish baseline requirements
• Review Appraisals, Engineering, Seismic, and Phase I Environmental Reports and Lender Requirements to determine loan-specific insurance requirements

• Review, process, and/or approve borrower consent requests in accordance with servicing guides and loan requirements

• Inputting and modeling multifamily data for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan sizers and create Narrative Packages to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
• Assist with Narrative completion including Market Write-ups, Photos & Maps, Sale Comps, and Rent Comps.
• Assist with Underwriting Sizer/Data Input including spreading Rent Rolls, Historical Operating Statements, and Budgets.
• Pull expense comps, CoStar Reports, and Property Tax Bills.
• Work within DUS Gateway and Freddie Mac OUS systems to upload quote packages and loan options.
• Responsible for managing production team’s Salesforce entries for all new and existing loans and clients.
