Debt Operations Analytics Analyst

• Own end-to-end data analysis, from shaping data releases to delivering actionable business insights through Power BI dashboards and in-depth analytical deep dives
• Ensure the delivery of reliable, high-quality data products that support informed decision-making across the organization
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners—including Data Analysts, BI Analysts, Data Engineers, Data QA Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers—to collect, structure, and analyze data sources and datamarts
• Drive product and business insights, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen overall data quality as we scale as a data-driven organization

Senior Data Analyst

Risk

• Lead efforts to identify, assess, and evaluate potential risks that could impact the organization, including financial, operational, regulatory, strategic, and reputational risks.
• Conduct risk assessments, analyze data, and present findings to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO).
• Continuously monitor and assess emerging risks, both internally and externally.

Manager, Risk Management

Analyst

• Input and model multifamily property data and prepare Narrative Packages for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and other capital sources
• Upload and manage quote packages within DUS Gateway and Freddie Mac OUS systems
• Track and organize all quotes presented to clients, including maintaining a comprehensive debt matrix

• Co-own the Salesforce roadmap and quarterly OKRs with the VP, CRM Strategy & Solutions; translate strategy into delivery plans and manage cross-team dependencies.

• Lead and support a cross-functional team of Frontend, Backend/API, and Quality Assurance engineers to achieve team objectives and milestones

Apprise Analyst

Procurement

• Oversee the IT procurement process, including category strategy, vendor management, and team leadership
• Manage the IT procurement team, leading contract renewals and negotiations, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures
• Support procurement activities such as bid requests, contract lifecycle management, and purchase order and requisition processing
• Assist with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac compliance, as well as accounting-related tasks as assigned

Insurance Analyst

Manager

• Manage and complete internal property inspections for multifamily and commercial properties.
• Review third party inspection reports and make recommendations based on results; including follow up with borrowers, develop course of action, enlist senior management buy-in on action plan.
• Conduct and review quarterly and annual financial analysis for multifamily and commercial loans in the portfolio (e.g., collect financial data, analyze financial statements, summarize and present findings, along with proposed adjustments/solutions).
• Manage assets on the internal watch list (e.g., maintain communication channels with borrower, develop quarterly action plans, present status and recommendations to senior management).
• Prepare and finalize Narratives for partnership interest transfers and loan assumptions.

• Drive low-touch AI adoption to improve efficiency and data quality
