• Inputting and modeling multifamily data for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan sizers and create Narrative Packages to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Multifamily Debt Analyst

Business Intelligence Analyst

• Support loan quality review activities under the direction of Loan Quality leadership, including end-to-end file testing and thematic reviews against internal standards and applicable guides.
• Document work performed, evidence reviewed, exceptions identified, and conclusions reached in a clear, reproducible manner.
• Maintain organized workpapers and an evidence library to support internal reviews, audits, and examinations.
• Support assigned KYC/AML testing activities and escalate exceptions in accordance with established protocols.
• Maintain control inventory records for Underwriting and Closing, including control objectives, owners, frequency, and evidence location.

• Prepare initial analysis of loan packages to qualify incoming loan requests that fit the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac program guidelines
• Participate in weekly Pipeline and Production Meetings and be prepared to discuss current status of all active loans in the Pipeline
• Expand knowledge and develop relationships with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae Production Staff to drive production activity

Senior Analyst – Agency Production

• Review loan documents to confirm that new loans are setup correctly on servicing system and ensure that the loans are serviced in accordance with terms of the loan documents and programmatic requirements.
• Communicate loan requirements to borrowers.
• Provide excellent customer service to borrowers and serve as the central point of contact for all servicing related inquiries.
• Track and collect mortgage payments timely as required by the terms of the loan documents and work diligently to collect any delinquent mortgage payments.
• Review and manage tax, insurance, as needed to ensure proper collateralization and compliance with loan documents.
