About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and curate existing data sources to support Product and Business stakeholders
- Own defined components of the analytical lifecycle, from data exploration through insight delivery
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Maintain technical definitions and documentation for datasets
- Design, build, and deliver Power BI reports and dashboards
- Perform data wrangling and transformations using SQL within analytical databases
- Partner with data teams on data management and governance efforts
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for data ingestion and datamart creation
- Analyze user engagement and product data to identify operational and business improvement opportunities
- Apply and share best practices in data analysis, visualization, and stakeholder engagement
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, including end-to-end analytical projects
- Experience with OLAP databases such as Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field
- Exposure to Python 3.5 or later
- Strong hands-on SQL skills
- Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization platforms
- Working knowledge of data ETL and processing techniques
- Ability to leverage AI tools for technical documentation, reporting, and testing
- Experience with geospatial querying is a plus
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Ability to translate non-technical stakeholder needs into user-focused analyses and reports
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
