Manage account transfers in and out of the company.
Conduct audits of existing accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Provide technical support to Divisions with monitoring setup.
Coordinate and work closely with internal teams to streamline alarm monitoring processes.
Serve as a primary point of contact for central stations.
Address and resolve monitoring-related service issues in a timely manner.
Forward service work leads to the appropriate teams for follow-up.
Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide standards for alarm monitoring processes.
Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency across multiple offices.
Requirements
Three to five years of proven experience in an administrative role supporting senior executives.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to include tasks such as: multi-line telephone consoles, operate office equipment, accounting software packages, accurate data entry, payroll hours, employment application process, injury reports, and ordering.
Lead and supervise administrative projects and initiatives, ensuring their successful execution.
