Chief of Staff

• Build and run Vocca's finance, strategy and operating system so leaders can make fast, high-quality decisions.
• Own cash & forecasting, budgeting and performance management, and make the company Series B-ready.
• Drive 1–2 new-market or new-vertical GTM tests with clear scale/pivot/stop decisions.
• Design and run the rhythms that let the team execute at speed: OKR cadence and quality bar, people & hiring planning, leadership rituals (board prep, exec syncs, monthly all-hands).

Chief of Staff – GTM & Finance

Account Executive

• Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, with a clear focus on healthcare groups and multi-site provider organizations.
• Become fluent in our product, ICP, positioning, and the US buying process for groups (operations, clinical leadership, IT, finance).
• Run your first outbound sequences, discovery calls, and demos.
• Coordinate with Ops to start onboarding the first US customers from day one: kickoff, setup, training, and go-live.
• Close first simple wins and document learnings.
• Build a consistent pipeline with 30+ active opportunities across stages.
• Create and iterate US-ready messaging, call scripts, and email/LinkedIn sequences.
• Coordinate closely with Ops and Product teams to ensure smooth deployments and strong early outcomes.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals for healthcare groups (multi-site, multi-specialty, security and integration reviews).
• Help define our US sales playbook (ICP, MEDDICC-style process, pricing/packaging, ROI story, procurement).
• Own strategic accounts end-to-end, including expansion and renewals.
• Contribute to scaling the team (interviewing, onboarding, coaching).

Founding Account Executive

• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle
• Make initial prospecting calls, run demos, and lead first sales conversations
• Independently close straightforward deals
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with at least 30 active opportunities at various stages
• Refine call scripts and email sequences
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth deployments
• Identify weak signals from the field and relay them to the product roadmap
• Manage complex sales cycles (groups, multi-site engagements, multiple stakeholders)
• Help structure and evolve the sales playbook
• Participate in onboarding and training for new Sales hires (coaching, sharing learnings)
• Own selected strategic accounts (long-term follow-up and expansion)

Business Operations

• Act as the Swiss Army knife between our clients, our product, and internal teams.
• Ensure every client onboarding and project runs smoothly while building the operational building blocks that allow Vocca to scale faster and smarter.
• Lead onboarding for new clients and configure the solution to meet their needs.
• Manage enterprise client projects: define scope, plan, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery.
• Solve client-specific challenges with creativity and strong problem-solving.
• Deliver an outstanding client experience and drive long-term satisfaction.
• Identify bottlenecks in internal workflows and simplify processes.
• Proactively design and implement new processes to accelerate deployments.
• Improve cross-team communication (product, engineering, sales) so information flows faster and more clearly.
• Structure client feedback and channel it into the product roadmap.

Business Operations & Deployment Manager

Account Manager

• Identify and prioritize partnership opportunities across healthcare tech, EHRs, and distributors.
• Negotiate and structure win-win models (integrations, resellers, distribution, co-marketing).
• Manage projects and relationships across markets and specialties.
• Track KPIs (leads + revenue) and make sure partnerships deliver measurable impact.
• Work closely with sales, product, and ops to execute fast and professionally.

Partnership Manager

Marketing

• Lead and own Vocca's end-to-end go-to-market strategy, driving measurable business impact through brand positioning, demand generation, and revenue enablement across the full customer lifecycle
• Define and execute GTM levers to contribute to reaching €10M ARR by end of 2026
• Define ICP, pricing, and positioning for each market segment (radiology, dental, etc.)
• Architect, scale, and optimize a multi-channel acquisition engine (website, SEO, paid, events) that consistently delivers qualified pipeline month over month
• Own the website redesign, build a scalable content engine (case studies, thought leadership), and define a repeatable events strategy and calendar
• Recruit and manage a lean marketing team (designer, content manager, event manager) based on priorities

• Scaling Vocca's platform to millions of calls across thousands of medical practices.
• Building the foundation for how engineering is done at Vocca, from architecture to tooling to culture.
• Set the bar for quality, velocity, and impact.
• Get onboarded into our stack, ship your first improvements in product or infrastructure within 1 week.
• Take ownership of a feature from spec to production within 1 month.
• Propose a technical vision for how our platform should evolve.
