About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own everything from cold outreach to signature in a full-cycle new-business role.
  • Generate €600k ARR in year one in new business on the CDS segment.
  • Make your first prospecting calls, demos, and initial sales conversations within the first month.
  • Build a stable pipeline generating at least 10 meetings per week and managing active opportunities.
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Contribute to structuring the sales playbook and participate in onboarding new sales hires.
  • Ensure smooth deployments by working closely with the Ops team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–6 years of B2B sales with genuine cold prospecting + closing experience, ideally having done the BDR → AE track
  • Native-level French and good written and spoken English for internal communication
  • Top-tier background: a strong school, or a demanding company
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Nice to have: experience in healthcare / healthtech, or selling a product with regulatory constraints
  • Grounding in sales theory (you've read the fundamentals)
  • Familiarity with Attio, Notion, Slack, Apollo
