About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own everything from cold outreach to signature in a full-cycle new-business role.
- Generate €600k ARR in year one in new business on the CDS segment.
- Make your first prospecting calls, demos, and initial sales conversations within the first month.
- Build a stable pipeline generating at least 10 meetings per week and managing active opportunities.
- Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Contribute to structuring the sales playbook and participate in onboarding new sales hires.
- Ensure smooth deployments by working closely with the Ops team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–6 years of B2B sales with genuine cold prospecting + closing experience, ideally having done the BDR → AE track
- Native-level French and good written and spoken English for internal communication
- Top-tier background: a strong school, or a demanding company
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Nice to have: experience in healthcare / healthtech, or selling a product with regulatory constraints
- Grounding in sales theory (you've read the fundamentals)
- Familiarity with Attio, Notion, Slack, Apollo
