Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with distributor partners; act as the primary point of contact
Set, monitor, and review distributor sales targets and KPIs; support distributors in developing account and territory business plans; identify new market opportunities
Develop and execute the distributor channel strategy; identify gaps in coverage; recommend new partnerships or channels; manage contract negotiations, renewals, and onboarding
Deliver product, commercial, and compliance training to distributor teams; support development of distributor capabilities in sales, marketing, and service
Collaborate with distributors to plan and execute local marketing campaigns, trade shows, and product launches; ensure consistent brand messaging and compliance
Coordinate demand forecasts and monitor distributor inventory; work with logistics and supply chain to optimize delivery performance
Ensure distributors adhere to contractual agreements, pricing policies, and regulatory requirements; conduct performance reviews and audits
Provide regular performance reports, sales analysis, and market intelligence; monitor competitor activity and recommend strategic adjustments
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
5–10 years of experience in channel/distributor management, sales, or business development
Strong knowledge of channel dynamics and emerging markets; experience in healthcare/IVF/medical devices is a plus
Proven track record of delivering sales growth through distributor networks
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region
