Lead distributor performance: set clear goals, run regular business reviews and ensure partners deliver against agreed targets
Build partnerships: develop pragmatic, trust-based relationships with distributors, retailers and key stakeholders
Secure commercial execution: drive sell-in, distribution and rotation, promotions and activation with distributors and central marketing; ensure investments lead to measurable results
Run operations with discipline: oversee forecasting, demand planning, budgeting and reporting; use data to guide decisions and improve ways of working
Contribute to structured entries into selected new markets
Report to Head of Commercial Operations, Europe; based at HQ in Stockholm; extensive travel across Europe
Requirements
Commercially driven leader with international growth experience
Track record of delivering results through partners
Experience from leading distributor operations or other third-party partners across markets
Track record from senior commercial roles in FMCG or adjacent consumer goods
