The team you would join: In the last 5 years, Sun King has expanded its direct-to-consumer, pay-as-you-go network to seven countries in Africa and through distribution partners in 30 markets across Africa and Asia.
Sun King leverages two distinct channels to bring its solar home energy solutions to millions of customers around the world: an in-house pay-as-you-go (PAYG) direct-to-consumer network in seven countries and a broader network of distribution partners in 30 markets across Africa and Asia.
The Partnerships Sales team seeks, establishes, and manages long-term partnerships with a range of existing distribution businesses across sub-Saharan Africa, and South- and Southeast Asia.
About the role:
The Partnerships Business Head in Papua New Guinea drives the strategic development and operational management of national distributors and the field enable to meet business needs and goals. This role also acts as the on-ground brand custodian, managing impactful activations and rural engagement to promote the Sun King brand.
Requirements
At least 4 years’ experience in driving sales and trade marketing in retail channels(FMCG preferred- Electrical/ Solar/ Lighting/ FMCD Candidates can also apply);
Excellent communication skills and an ability to build strong relationships with negotiation and persuasion and external stakeholders
Great passion in sales with strong Initiative and ownership skills
4+ years of experience (FMCG preferred- Electrical/ Solar/ Lighting/ FMCD Candidates can also apply)
