About the role

  • Managing full life-cycle recruitment of the recruiting process to include (but not limited to) research/sourcing, hiring manager engagement, posting inclusive job adverts, pre-screening/ interviewing, and offer negotiations
  • Building productive partnerships with functional leaders, HR Business Partners, hiring managers and external partners
  • Acting as a Talent Brand Ambassador, providing timely, actionable and constructive feedback to candidates
  • Partnering with, and guiding, Business Leaders, Managers and colleagues in best practice recruitment

Requirements

  • Fluent in both French and English
  • Proven background in in-house recruitment (including in the French market), ideally in an FMCG environment
  • Mentoring more junior TA colleagues when required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills, building effective working relationships including with senior leaders
  • Ability to produce desired outcomes within tight timeframes
  • Strong planning & organisational skills; Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously
