About the role

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners in the hospitality industry.
  • Serve as main contact for partners; ensure effective communication, support, and training.
  • Identify, engage, and onboard potential partners including technology providers, resellers, and channel partners.
  • Lead joint business development initiatives and go-to-market strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Set and achieve partnership-related sales targets; track performance through KPIs, revenue goals, and market share metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, customer success, product, and engineering teams to maximize partner-driven opportunities and integrations.
  • Ensure smooth integration of partner solutions with Visit Group's SaaS platform and advocate partner perspectives internally.
  • Represent the company at industry events; organize webinars, demos, and partner marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in partner management, business development, or sales, ideally within SaaS or the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record in building successful partnerships that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS model and hospitality technology, including hotel management software, POS systems, and other solutions.
  • Excellent skills in relationship-building, communication, and negotiation.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration, managing multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously.
  • Technical proficiency with SaaS platforms, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and partner management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field; an MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
