About the role

  • Role Overview: The SVP of Revenue Operations will be responsible for designing and executing the operational backbone of our go-to-market strategy. This leader will oversee marketing operations, sales operations, and customer success operations, ensuring that all revenue-generating functions are aligned, efficient, and scalable. They will drive streamlined & efficient processes enabling AI optimization throughout the GTM funnel. This leader will drive operational strategy in partnership with GTM strategy. You’ll own and build the business intelligence hub for data-driven decision-making across GTM, and you’ll deliver accurate revenue forecasting to support sustainable growth across international markets. You’ll procure and oversee the procurement, effective usage, and optimization of our GTM tech stack.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles within high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record leading global teams across marketing, sales, and customer success operations.
  • Deep expertise in SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn, pipeline velocity).
  • Strong background in forecasting, planning, and data analytics.
  • Demonstrated success implementing and managing revenue tech stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Gainsight, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action, able to operate at both executive and tactical levels.
