About the role
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and role requirements
- Create, post, and manage job listings on internal and external platforms
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess qualifications and culture fit
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring smooth candidate experience
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) and prepare reports for management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies during the recruitment process
- Support employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS)
- Experience with hiring in the pharmacy industry (preferred)
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems and modern recruitment tools
- Skilled in sourcing and talent pipeline development
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices; maintains high confidentiality
