About the role

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and role requirements
  • Create, post, and manage job listings on internal and external platforms
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess qualifications and culture fit
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring smooth candidate experience
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) and prepare reports for management
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies during the recruitment process
  • Support employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS)
  • Experience with hiring in the pharmacy industry (preferred)
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems and modern recruitment tools
  • Skilled in sourcing and talent pipeline development
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices; maintains high confidentiality
