About the role

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrolment, documentation, and vendor coordination
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits policies
  • Ensure data accuracy in HR systems and assist with audits and compliance checks
  • Prepare reports and dashboards on compensation and benefits metrics and conduct ad-hoc analyses
  • Participate in annual compensation and benefits review processes
  • Act as first point of contact for employee engagement, climate, and retention
  • Manage hiring-related activities (raising new hiring requisitions, onboarding new employees) and salary/position changes process
  • Own exit interview process and ensure exit interviews are conducted for voluntary departures

Requirements

  • University degree in business management, human resources, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in the Human Resources field
  • Excellent attention to detail, timeliness, and accuracy
  • Good analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., HCM, ORC)
  • Proven ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (preferred)
  • Experience dealing with uncertainty and complexity (preferred)
