Support daily HR operations and provide administrative HR assistance for clients
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support: draft and post job ads, coordinate interviews, screen resumes, conduct initial candidate outreach, maintain ATS, coordinate background/reference checks, assist with job fairs and campus recruitment, support diversity hiring initiatives, track recruitment metrics
Onboarding Support: coordinate onboarding schedules, trainings, welcome materials, ensure completion of new hire paperwork compliant with federal and state regulations (e.g., I-9, W-4), set up system access and equipment
Administrative & HR Operations: maintain and update employee records in HRIS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR), assist in payroll and benefits administration, respond to employee HR policy questions, coordinate employee engagement events and internal communications, support compliance tracking
Requirements
1–2 years of administrative or HR experience, especially in recruitment coordination
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software (for a plus)
Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
