About the role

  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Support the administration of employee life cycle processes
  • Process payroll inputs and collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for internal stakeholders
  • Participate in annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, promotions), ensuring smooth execution and data alignment
  • Maintain comprehensive, structured database covering base salary, bonuses, RSUs, and benefits
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Support the HR team with various operational tasks and projects as needed
  • Support Global HR team, managers and employees
  • Temporary maternity leave replacement for one year

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in global HR operations role
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with advanced HRIS platforms – HiBob advanced
  • Strong understanding of payroll operations, compensation cycles, and regulatory compliance
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
  • Exceptional communication skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple terms
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent English – both written and verbal
  • Bachelor’s degree
