About the role
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Support the administration of employee life cycle processes
- Process payroll inputs and collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for internal stakeholders
- Participate in annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, promotions), ensuring smooth execution and data alignment
- Maintain comprehensive, structured database covering base salary, bonuses, RSUs, and benefits
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Support the HR team with various operational tasks and projects as needed
- Support Global HR team, managers and employees
- Temporary maternity leave replacement for one year
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in global HR operations role
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with advanced HRIS platforms – HiBob advanced
- Strong understanding of payroll operations, compensation cycles, and regulatory compliance
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple terms
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent English – both written and verbal
- Bachelor’s degree
