Serve as the HR focal point for managers and employees across EMEA & APJ region and Israel, providing full support for all HR-related matters.
Act as a trusted advisor to managers, employees, and stakeholders, offering timely guidance on HR policies and procedures and creating best-in-class practices.
Provide organizational insights through data analysis.
Provide expertise on local labor laws, regulations, and HR compliance in the EMEA & APJ region and Israel.
Work independently, take ownership, and achieve goals within agreed timelines.
Coach and mentor managers and employees; possess strong coaching and mentoring skills.
Partner with managers on talent development, employee relations, training needs, performance management, and coaching to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Support end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, benchmarking, compensation reviews, compliance, and career development initiatives.
Proactively foster strong engagement and collaboration across teams and identify and address workplace challenges.
Collaborate with HR team members to ensure consistent and scalable global HR practices.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of HRBP experience in multinational, high-tech companies.
A strong foundation of HR knowledge, skills, and experience.
Experience with employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Deep understanding of HR employment labor laws, policies & practices, and cultural nuances across EMEA & APJ.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to HR solutions.
Ability to effectively adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
Strong sense of self-awareness.
Demonstrates complex problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Clear and concise communication skills (verbal & written).
