About the role

  • Strategic Partnering Act as a trusted People and Culture advisor to managers across departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and a positive employee experience. Lead processes such as benefits administration and leave of absence coordination, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a positive employee experience. Provide insights, data, and recommendations that leverage data and observations to enhance workforce planning and organizational effectiveness. Partner closely with and offer support to the People Operations Generalist to provide support to all People initiatives, including coaching and developing leaders, conflict resolution, and engagement. Learning & Development Partner with global colleagues to implement impactful learning programs that align with career growth frameworks. Drive initiatives that build skills and capabilities across the US team, supporting both local and global objectives. Lead Performance Review cycles, including providing managers with training and guidance, timelines, best practices, and support for leadership calibration sessions. Assist or lead performance management discussions and improvement plans. Change Management & Organizational Development Lead and support change efforts, ensuring smooth execution while maintaining a people-first approach. Champion organizational development strategies to enhance agility and scalability. Stakeholder Collaboration & Global Alignment Build strong partnerships with global People and Culture teams, US leadership, and key stakeholders to align on standards and strategy. Work closely across the US, aligning with People Managers to ensure People Operations initiatives support business priorities. Workforce Planning Partner with the Head of People Operations to assess workforce needs, identify opportunities, and support hiring forecasting. Work closely with Talent Acquisition, People Managers, and Head of People Operations to forecast headcount needs and identify skill gaps, help define role expectations, and level Collaborate with global HR centers of expertise to implement consistent policies and processes. Budget & Decision Making Support budget planning and guide initiatives through manager and employee education. Leverage HR data to provide actionable insights that enable the Head of People Operations to make informed decisions on workforce planning, retention strategies, performance trends, and organizational effectiveness

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years working in HR, 4 years as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a global organization; consumer goods industry experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong background in learning & development and change management, with proven results; minimum 7 years of progressive experience managing the full employee life cycle, from recruitment through offboarding.
  • Business-minded with the ability to align HR strategy to organizational objectives.
  • Global Perspective: Experience working in complex, matrixed environments and across cultures.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to navigate complex challenges with systemic thinking.
