• You process credit card and travel expense reports in line with internal policies and tax regulations
• You support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings
• You coordinate with business units and reconcile open items on vendor accounts
• You ensure that our payment transactions run smoothly and on time
• You maintain vendor master data and handle general accounting tasks
• You actively participate in regular reconciliations and help continuously improve processes

• Own the end-to-end editorial process for assigned projects
• Track and document project status in Asana
• Develop and review scripts, storylines, adaptations, and audience fit
• Manage feedback loops across licensors, writers, and stakeholders
• Ensure localization and cultural adaptation
• Collaborate with Producers to ensure deliverables are production-ready
• Act as the main editorial point of contact for key licensors
• Propose editorial scope and development aligned with tonies® and Licensors
• Develop strategy and roadmap for Spanish and digital content portfolio
• Research and prioritize books, licenses, and properties to acquire
• Collaborate with international teams on global licensing initiatives
• Analyze performance data and recommend new formats or narratives
