Audio Content Manager – Spanish, Digital

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end editorial process for assigned projects
- Track and document project status in Asana
- Develop and review scripts, storylines, adaptations, and audience fit
- Manage feedback loops across licensors, writers, and stakeholders
- Ensure localization and cultural adaptation
- Collaborate with Producers to ensure deliverables are production-ready
- Act as the main editorial point of contact for key licensors
- Propose editorial scope and development aligned with tonies® and Licensors
- Develop strategy and roadmap for Spanish and digital content portfolio
- Research and prioritize books, licenses, and properties to acquire
- Collaborate with international teams on global licensing initiatives
- Analyze performance data and recommend new formats or narratives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in spoken and written Spanish
- 3+ years in audio production, publishing, or children’s media
- Expertise in project management, script development, editing, and reviewing
- Familiarity with audio production processes
- Strong organizational and project management skills
