About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end editorial process for assigned projects
Track and document project status in Asana
Develop and review scripts, storylines, adaptations, and audience fit
Manage feedback loops across licensors, writers, and stakeholders
Ensure localization and cultural adaptation
Collaborate with Producers to ensure deliverables are production-ready
Act as the main editorial point of contact for key licensors
Propose editorial scope and development aligned with tonies® and Licensors
Develop strategy and roadmap for Spanish and digital content portfolio
Research and prioritize books, licenses, and properties to acquire
Collaborate with international teams on global licensing initiatives
Analyze performance data and recommend new formats or narratives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent in spoken and written Spanish
3+ years in audio production, publishing, or children’s media
Expertise in project management, script development, editing, and reviewing
Familiarity with audio production processes
Strong organizational and project management skills
