Partner with executive and site leadership to shape and execute HR strategies that support business growth and transformation.
Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
Lead HR operations across Caesarea and Carmiel, ensuring alignment and consistency while adapting to local needs.
Collaborate with global HR teams to implement corporate policies and practices across international sites.
Drive talent management initiatives including succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement.
Promote a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Lead organizational change efforts including restructuring, integration of new business units, and process optimization.
Support digital transformation and HR technology implementation (e.g., Success Factor).
Ensure HR compliance with local labor laws and global standards; monitor HR metrics and KPIs to assess impact and drive improvements.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across departments and geographies and serve as a bridge between global HR strategy and local execution.
Requirements
Proven experience (10+ years) in senior HR roles, preferably in global or multi-site organizations.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and transformation.
Deep understanding of Israeli labor law and international HR practices.
Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments – an advantage.
Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
Excellent English – both verbal and written.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience with HR technology and digital transformation (e.g., SuccessFactor).
