  • Analyze survey data and feedback to identify trends and deliver recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Drive initiatives to foster open communication, trust, and continuous feedback across the enterprise.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure technology platforms are leveraged effectively and securely.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on employee listening, engagement, and experience analytics.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in employee engagement, employee experience, organizational development, or related fields at a senior level.
  • Expertise in survey platform configuration, data analytics, and employee feedback methodologies.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations preferred.
