Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in employee engagement, employee experience, organizational development, or related fields at a senior level.
- Expertise in survey platform configuration, data analytics, and employee feedback methodologies.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
- Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations preferred.
