About the role
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive employee listening strategy that advances engagement and experience.
- Oversee configuration, deployment, and continuous improvement of employee survey platforms to capture actionable insights.
- Collaborate with HR, Communications, and Business Leaders on survey design and feedback processes.
- Analyze survey data and feedback to identify trends and deliver recommendations to senior leadership.
- Drive initiatives to foster open communication, trust, and continuous feedback across the enterprise.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure technology platforms are leveraged effectively and securely.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on employee listening, engagement, and experience analytics.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in employee engagement, employee experience, organizational development, or related fields at a senior level.
- Expertise in survey platform configuration, data analytics, and employee feedback methodologies.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
- Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations preferred.
