About the role
- The Senior Manager designs, implements, and optimizes talent management strategies including talent planning, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Partners with senior leaders, HR business partners, and cross-functional teams to build a high-performing, inclusive culture that supports business growth and transformation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in talent management, leadership development, or organizational development.
- Proven success in designing and implementing enterprise-wide talent strategies.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and consulting skills.
- Experience with leadership assessments (e.g., Hogan, Korn Ferry, 360s) and development tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Certification in coaching or leadership development frameworks.
- Experience in global or matrixed organizations.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and talent analytics platforms.
