• Collect, review, and analyze data from ERP systems, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Use Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, lookups, data modeling) to merge, reconcile, and clean reports.

• Partner with executive and site leadership to shape and execute HR strategies that support business growth and transformation.
• Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Lead HR operations across Caesarea and Carmiel, ensuring alignment and consistency while adapting to local needs.
• Collaborate with global HR teams to implement corporate policies and practices across international sites.

HR Director

QA Engineer

• Perform manual and automated testing of E-commerce workflows (checkout, payments, fulfillment, integrations)
• Create and maintain STP (System Test Plans) and STD (System Test Documents)
• Define and implement test automation strategy when suitable (using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, BrowserStack, Sauce Labs)
• Support release management across staging and production environments
• Manage and report on QA tasks and deliverables within the team’s project management workflow
• Participate in remote meetings with stakeholders (marketing, sales, merchandising) in English

Sales

• Provide first-level support for SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) processes, troubleshooting user issues and ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct end-user training on SAP SD transactions and processes, both in-person and remotely.
• Develop, update, and maintain training materials, user guides, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with business teams to analyze sales, order management, and distribution requirements, and communicate them clearly to the implementation team.
• Support system testing (unit, integration, UAT), including test planning, execution, and documentation of results.
• Assist with SAP SD configuration requirements under the guidance of senior consultants or the project lead.

SAP Implementation Lead – Sales & Distribution

Designer

• Lead the design and development of Women’s knits and soft wovens, under the direction of the Design Director.
• Spearhead the seasonal concept process, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the assortment that align with brand DNA and consumer expectations.
• Analyze fashion trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform seasonal design direction.
• Oversee fabric research and development, working with mills, vendors, and trade shows to source and innovate in knits and soft wovens.
• Manage day-to-day product development tracking, including building and maintaining tracking charts, creating tech packs, and overseeing lab dips, strike-offs, and proto samples to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure consistency and brand integrity across product categories, from initial sketch through final garment.
• Partner with marketing on product packaging, photo shoots, catalogs, displays, and other brand imagery.
• Collaborate with Technical Design to ensure product fit, construction, and quality meet brand standards.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Own the Design and Product Development portion of the Development process up to the production stage.
• Report and partner closely with the Design Director and work cross-functionally with Sales, Merchandising and Technical Design to deliver compelling seasonal assortments.

Designer, Knits & Wovens

• Support all fittings for product that falls under designated brand.
• Work closely with the design team & technical design director, ensuring the product meets or achieves the desired design intent/fit, make corrections to specifications and follow customer directions to achieve desired fit and aesthetic.
• Maintain and monitor factory counter sampling, tracking of approvals, style testing as needed, final specifications.
• Manage the day-to-day development of product line that adheres to seasonal calendars and sourcing strategy.
• Continually strive to upgrade the product without affecting the value and timeline.
• Track fit sample progress on the weekly fit tracker from vendors ensuring key dates are met.
• Ensure all data is accurately submitted into PLM and responsible for maintaining an up to date and accurate display of all data input.

Assistant Technical Designer

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Serve as a strategic business partner to the distribution and logistics teams to drive operational excellence through financial analysis, forecasting, and insights
• Prepare and deliver accurate, timely financial reports for supply chain functions (distribution, logistics, and inventory)
• Conduct variance and trend analyses to identify cost drivers, risks, and opportunities for efficiency/profitability improvements
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, including accruals, reconciliations, and variance commentary
• Develop Monthly Inventory reporting to capture inventory and SKU data by division by aging bucket including SKU productivity metrics
• Develop financial models to evaluate warehouse performance, capital investments, and operational initiatives
• Lead annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting for supply chain operations, including operating expenses, capital expenditures, and unit flows by division by order type
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards to track KPIs for distribution, logistics, and inventory functions and train stakeholders on dashboard use

Senior Financial Analyst – Supply Chain Operations

Procurement

• Manage relationships with existing factories and orders.
• Handle daily issues with factories and cross-functional teams, working toward timely resolutions.
• Review of T&A‘s and highlight any issues to the Director of production and sourcing.
• Troubleshoot production delays, capacity challenges, and material issues to safeguard on-time delivery.
• Daily meetings with factories and the overseas team to highlight any issues
• Reviewing POs before sending to factories and issuing new POs if needed.
• Maintain accurate records and keep WIP charts, accessory charts, and production charts updated for all sourcing activities
• Managing shipping WIP’s with factories.
• Work with technical design and QA teams to ensure product fit, performance, and compliance.
• Align with logistics and supply chain teams on shipping methods, production priorities, and delivery schedules.

Production Sourcing Manager

Engineer

• Contribute to the optimization of automation, warehouse management systems, process development and execution for both internal DC processes and upstream/downstream processes
• Drive and develop process across systems including automation components, WMS, and other Distribution and upstream functions to provide scalable solutions to improve process reliability, system reliability and performance, safety, cost-effectiveness, scalability, and compliance
• Interface across many parts of the company (with customers, internal partners, external vendors) to develop solutions
• Work to identify and communicate standards and best practices for process design to ensure consistency across DC and upstream/downstream processes
• Act as main point of contact for automation vendor support teams
• Lead activities to develop and deploy processes to end customers
• Lead and drive technology adoption program initiatives, including ROI analysis with internal and external stakeholders
