About the role

  • Provide first-level support for SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) processes, troubleshooting user issues and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Conduct end-user training on SAP SD transactions and processes, both in-person and remotely.
  • Develop, update, and maintain training materials, user guides, and process documentation.
  • Collaborate with business teams to analyze sales, order management, and distribution requirements, and communicate them clearly to the implementation team.
  • Support system testing (unit, integration, UAT), including test planning, execution, and documentation of results.
  • Assist with SAP SD configuration requirements under the guidance of senior consultants or the project lead.
  • Participate in data preparation and migration activities as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in information systems, business analytics, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of hands-on SAP SD experience (configuration and support)
  • Prior supervisory/leadership experience
  • Solid understanding of SAP SD business processes: order-to-cash, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit management
  • Proven experience delivering SAP SD end-user training
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for different levels of users and management, in the US and globally
