About the role

  • Lead the People & Culture Team to deliver high-impact initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
  • Design and refine recruitment, performance management, benefits, onboarding, and offboarding processes with smart control mechanisms.
  • Drive improvements in hiring speed, quality, and diversity, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Create programs that enhance well-being, recognition, inclusion, and belonging across all teams.
  • Oversee fair, competitive, and scalable compensation structures that align with our growth.
  • Build frameworks for leadership development, career progression, and continuous learning opportunities.
  • Elevate our reputation as a top destination for tech talent through employer branding initiatives.
  • Strengthen and embed company values into everyday work practices.
  • Use data-driven insights to shape people strategies, inform leadership decisions, and measure impact.
  • Partner with leadership on organizational design and change initiatives to support our scale-up trajectory.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of team management experience in HR/People functions.
  • 9+ years in HR/People leadership roles in high-growth tech, e-commerce, gaming, or similar industries.
  • Proven ability to embed culture into all people's systems.
  • Strong project management and change management skills.
  • Experience building systems from scratch and scaling them in fast-growing environments.
  • Experience in managing teams in multiple locations.
  • Comfortable influencing senior leaders and working closely with the leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English.
