- Oversee fair, competitive, and scalable compensation structures that align with our growth.
- Build frameworks for leadership development, career progression, and continuous learning opportunities.
- Elevate our reputation as a top destination for tech talent through employer branding initiatives.
- Strengthen and embed company values into everyday work practices.
- Use data-driven insights to shape people strategies, inform leadership decisions, and measure impact.
- Partner with leadership on organizational design and change initiatives to support our scale-up trajectory.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of team management experience in HR/People functions.
- 9+ years in HR/People leadership roles in high-growth tech, e-commerce, gaming, or similar industries.
- Proven ability to embed culture into all people's systems.
- Strong project management and change management skills.
- Experience building systems from scratch and scaling them in fast-growing environments.
- Experience in managing teams in multiple locations.
- Comfortable influencing senior leaders and working closely with the leadership.
- Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English.
