We are seeking a strategic, driven, and collaborative Lead Talent Partner – Sales to join our team and play a critical role in the continued growth of our Sales organization. In this high-impact role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for all sales-related roles and partner closely with leadership to deliver top-tier talent that drives performance and scale.

You’ll need to operate autonomously while keeping broader business objectives in view, making decisions that align with both immediate hiring needs and long-term talent strategy. Your ability to identify and build strong relationships with elite sales talent across the U.S. will be instrumental in our ability to scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership, providing strategic guidance on workforce planning, role design, and recruiting best practices.
Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for Sales roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout.
Design and execute scalable recruitment plans and process improvements tailored to the needs of a fast-growing Sales organization.
Thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting goals and evolving priorities, adapting quickly while maintaining focus on long-term talent acquisition outcomes.
Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to build strong, sustainable talent pipelines that support a rapidly scaling organization.
Identify and engage top sales talent through targeted networking, employee referrals, industry associations, and strategic sourcing efforts.
Cultivate meaningful relationships with high-performing candidates across the U.S., positioning ParetoHealth as an employer of choice for top-tier sales professionals.
Champion and promote ParetoHealth’s employer brand in the marketplace to attract high-performing, mission-aligned candidates.
Utilize data and analytics to evaluate recruiting performance, identify areas for improvement, and report key hiring metrics.
Collaborate on cross-functional Talent and People initiatives, contributing to projects such as DE&I efforts, process optimization, and talent planning.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred; an additional 4 years of professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 2 years in a senior, lead, or strategic business partner capacity.
Demonstrated success in recruiting sales teams within a high-growth or performance-driven environment.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-change environments and managing shifting priorities with resilience and a strategic mindset.
Strong understanding of employment laws, HR fundamentals, and how recruiting intersects with broader People strategy.
Proven track record of building and executing successful recruiting strategies and delivering results in a fast-paced setting.
Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make process improvements based on insights.
Proficient with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse (ATS), BrightHire, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
