About the role
- The Senior HRBP acts as a key liaison between the business and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) in areas such as talent acquisition, compensation, Talent Management, and employee relations.
- Strategic Business Partnership: Serve as the primary HR partner to senior leaders in the sales organization, advising on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and execute HR strategies that enable sales growth, improve productivity, and support revenue targets.
- Analyze sales workforce metrics (turnover, engagement, performance, compensation trends) to inform data-driven decisions.
- Use people analytics to provide actionable insights on turnover, performance, and engagement.
- Talent Management & Development: Partner with leadership to identify, develop, and retain high-potential sales talent.
- Champion change initiatives that improve productivity and sales execution.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring fairness and compliance.
- Support performance management processes to drive accountability and recognition of top performers.
- Compensation & Rewards: Collaborate with Compensation and Revenue, Strategy, and Operations to ensure competitive and equitable sales incentive programs.
- Advise sales leaders on total rewards strategies, promotions, and recognition programs that drive motivation and performance.
- Culture & Engagement: Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and results-driven sales culture.
- Partner with leadership to design and implement engagement initiatives that improve morale and retention.
- Support change management initiatives that align with business transformation and sales growth strategies.
- Employee Relations & Compliance: Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a business partner role supporting a sales organization.
- Strong understanding of sales operations, incentive structures, and performance drivers.
- Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth, and results-oriented environment.
