About the role
- Take charge of the entire recruitment process for the GTM Department (Sales, Partnerships, Implementation, Account Management)
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using social media, job boards, networking, and industry events
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for Sales and Territory Representative roles
- Use tools and platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed to identify and engage candidates
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: post job ads, review resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and targeted recruitment strategies
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview preparation and candidate selection
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary
- Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction)
- Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse ATS
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage offer acceptance process
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on GTM positions
- Proven ability to source and recruit high-performing sales professionals
- Strong understanding of sales and territory management functions
- Experience with Greenhouse and sourcing tools software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- High level of organization and attention to detail
