About the role
- Tagaddod is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to gain exposure to recruitment and support HR professionals in finding the right fit for the organization.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings across various platforms
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Assist in scheduling and conducting interviews with potential candidates
- Help maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for efficient candidate management
- Conduct research on industry best practices in talent acquisition
- Support HR initiatives, including employer branding and outreach efforts
