About the role

  • Coordinate scheduling of interviews and assessments for BPO and shared service roles across multiple locations and time zones.
  • Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows, keeping candidate records updated and accurate.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, delivering a positive candidate journey.
  • Post job adverts on appropriate job boards, career sites, and social media, supporting recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
  • Assist with the administration of offer letters, background checks, onboarding documents, and compliance requirements.
  • Source candidates for entry-level and volume positions using online databases and talent pools.
  • Prepare and track recruitment data, metrics, and reports for continuous improvement and analysis.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout all recruitment processes and communications.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or an administrative role (BPO experience is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related discipline is preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and prioritize deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proactive team player with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to fairness and confidentiality.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
